DID YOU KNOW? | California Voter Education Corner
Being election-ready starts with making sure your voter registration is current.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama, in partnership with When We All Vote, is urging everyone to get registered and ready to vote!
“We are just 100 days away from Election Day, and it’s time to get registered and ready to vote.
When we all vote, we have the power to determine the direction of our country.
Every issue we care about is on the ballot — from reproductive rights to what our kids are learning in school to how our communities are policed.
Our democracy works best when all of us play a role in shaping it. So, tell me — are you voting this year?
Head over to @whenweallvote to register to vote today. And don’t forget to remind your friends and family to register, too.
Let’s get out there and do this!”
The Power of the Black Vote initiative asks our community members to take a moment to verify their voting status. Ensure your name, address, and polling location are correct to avoid any last-minute surprises that might prevent you from voting.
Check your voting status. It’s quick and easy! Check Your Voting Status Today!
Remember, your vote is your voice. Let’s make it heard!

Being election-ready starts with making sure your voter registration is current.

To beat the heat, you might want to grab a snow cone or a refreshing iced tea. But what’s another way to stay cool during the dog days of summer? It’s certainly cool to stay proactive and make sure your voter registration is up to date!
